Post Lounge, a renowned full-service post-production and VFX provider based in Brisbane, sought to diversify its revenue streams due to the changing landscape of the film and television industry. Michelle recognised that the Australian and Queensland governments were increasingly supporting international filmmaking, which presented a significant opportunity for Post Lounge to expand its international clientele.
With her industry expertise and network Michelle sought introductions to Hollywood film studios, aiming to pitch Post Lounge's post-production services directly to industry decision-makers. To maximize their chances of success, she set up a week of meetings in Hollywood with studio directors for the Managing Director and herself to present Post Lounge's capabilities.
